PAUL

Paul

“I have always been a gym and fitness enthusiast, always keen to try new programs and exercises to better my knowledge and improve my fitness.

I have never been the kind of person to sit still and I believe results only come to those who work for them.

From a young age I have always been into sport and have played Rugby to a high standard. This is where I learnt the importance of working as a team and conditioning your body to achieve the best results.

Due to my love of fitness I decided why not share my knowledge with others and pass my passion on.

I love the buzz I get from helping other's achieve their goals and see the results that they achieve. Each session I take I promise you will work hard but at the same time enjoy and have fun reaching your target”.

Paul is a fully qualified Level 2 gym instructor and Level 3 Advanced Personal trainer. Specialising in Personal training, nutrition, conditioning, kettlebells, pad work, circuits and bootcamps.

My job is my passion, and it makes me truly happy when I get to see my clients or members work hard in the classes I instruct to become the best version of themselves.

EMMA

Emma

From a young age I have been very active; doing netball, cheerleading and athletics. Then going to Ballet school at the age of 16 full time. I studied for three years at Ballet school, where I gained valuable motivational skills and maintained a high degree of commitment throughout my time spent at the school. Additionally, I have an understanding of how injuries can affect your ability to do exercise and I strongly believe anyone can overcome anything with perseverance and drive.

My job is my passion, and it makes me truly happy when I get to see my clients or members work hard in the classes I instruct to become the best version of themselves.

As your personal trainer I can offer: Unique programmes designed for you and what your goals are. Online coaching and good communication skills, making sure to keep on top of how you are progressing and if you are keeping up with the programme. I strive to make people smile and laugh but making exercise a fun, enjoyable aspect to life and not a punishment.

SARAH

I have always been interested in fitness, and have been a gym member for more years than I seem to be old enough!

I trained originally about 18 years ago, as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor, and worked part-time for Havering Council taking a couple of fitness classes a week, whilst working full-time in the city.  After I took voluntary redundancy in 2004, I trained as a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer, which I really enjoyed doing.  After being in the city for years, to be in the gym, broadening my knowledge whilst studying and training everyday was fantastic.

Once qualified, I worked for Stock Brook Manor for 4 years, where I conducted fitness assessments and programmes with clients, as well as other various gym responsibility's.  I also taught 3 classes a week, as well as undertaking some Personal Training privately.  During this time, I had two children, and working evenings and weekends with a little one and a baby wasn't really working, so I resigned to concentrate on the children for a couple of years, whilst keeping a couple of private PT clients.

I'm excited to join the Fitness4Essex team, and look forward to working with you, and welcoming you on a Monday evening.
