“I have always been a gym and fitness enthusiast, always keen to try new programs and exercises to better my knowledge and improve my fitness.

I have never been the kind of person to sit still and I believe results only come to those who work for them.

From a young age I have always been into sport and have played Rugby to a high standard. This is where I learnt the importance of working as a team and conditioning your body to achieve the best results.

Due to my love of fitness I decided why not share my knowledge with others and pass my passion on.

I love the buzz I get from helping other's achieve their goals and see the results that they achieve. Each session I take I promise you will work hard but at the same time enjoy and have fun reaching your target”.

Hi my name is Dan, I have worked in the fitness industry for just over 13 years

and have been involved in a variety of sports since I was 5 including amateur boxing and semi-professional football, whilst members of my family have boxed professionally and competed in amateur body building contests.

My experience in the fitness industry includes

Managing a studio at a large club running 140 class's per week

Teaching a wide range of classes at several clubs; 20-30 classes a week

Qualified assessor in aerobics training

I feel with this experience and love for sport and fitness I have the tools to deliver great sessions with the desire and passion to take you to great places with your fitness; guiding you safely and effectively with great posture, technique, coaching and fun.
