I've been attending the bootcamp sessions for a few months now and have really noticed a difference in my fitness abilities as well as seeing physical results.


Paul and Dan are really motivating and great trainers, no matter what ability you're at they make you feel comfortable about yourself and get the best out of you.

I've also been doing personal training sessions with Paul which I feel have dramatically improved my fitness levels and as with the bootcamp it's always varied to keep it fun.

I'd recommend it to everyone who lives nearby no matter age or ability!

I have been attending the classes in Ingatestone for a couple of months now. I was worried about trying it as I am not very fit and haven't done anything like this before. I am so glad I did start and attend as many classes as I can. Paul and Dan are excellent trainers and create sessions that work on your whole body and improve strength and stamina.

They encourage you to continually improve and do more, and keep everyone motivated throughout the session. The other attendees are great, really friendly and it genuinely feels as we are all supporting each other in improving. However I am feeling, and whatever the weather I am always glad I made the session and am now really disappointed if I can"t make it. Would recommend it to everyone.
