BOOTCAMPS

What you can expect from Fitness4Essex Bootcamps

1 Hour of serious fun training

Every session is different, which will challenge your body and fitness.

A type of training that uses the experience of our specialist fitness instructors.

At the end of each session you will leave knowing you have had fun, worked hard and can’t wait for the next Bootcamp..


CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training with Fitness4Essex is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina and develop strength and endurance

The circuit training comprises of various strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another.

Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise.

The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period. The total number of circuits performed during a training session may vary depending on your training level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), your period of training (preparation or competition) and your training objective.

Circuit Training classes are every Tuesday, 7.30pm @ Angle European School, Ingatestone.


20-20-20

20/20/20 – Three workouts in one!

The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout.

Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work.

Are you ready for the challenge?

20-20-20 is a great all-round class to give you a full body workout, getting your heart pumping, challenging your core muscles and improving your flexibility and recovery of your muscles.

As the classes are split into blocks of activity there's something for everyone and it allows you to work at your own pace, building to strength and stamina over time.
