What you can expect from Fitness4Essex Bootcamps

1 Hour of serious fun training

Every session is different, which will challenge your body and fitness.

A type of training that uses the experience of our specialist fitness instructors.

At the end of each session you will leave knowing you have had fun, worked hard and can’t wait for the next Bootcamp..


Circuit training with Fitness4Essex is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina and develop strength and endurance

The circuit training comprises of various strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another.

Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise.

The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period. The total number of circuits performed during a training session may vary depending on your training level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), your period of training (preparation or competition) and your training objective.

Circuit Training classes are every Tuesday, 7.30pm @ Angle European School, Ingatestone.

Legs, Bums & Tums

You may find that the legs, bum, and tum areas are the hardest parts of the body when it comes to shifting unwanted fat. The Fitness 4 Essex 'Legs, Bums and Tums' gym classes are a fun filled way to help tone those wobbly bits.

Fitness 4 Essex LBT classes are particularly popular with our women members who are keen to improve their overall body shape.

Join in today and get a firmer bum, tum and leaner legs.

The class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

Fitness 4 Essex classes generally start with a warm up which may involve jogging on the spot, doing some arm swings and shoulder rolls or just some general stretches to loosen those limbs before the real workout commences.


Fitness4Essex Box-Abs sessions are a great way to workout and achieve your fitness goals whilst making friends and having fun,

Unique to Fitness4 Essex Box-Abs is a combination of boxercise and Ab Attack designed to improve your endurance, stamina and all round fitness level.  From beginner to expert, box-abs is a great class to add to your fitness programme.

The controlled and specific movements in our Box Abs sessions require a great deal of focus which can impove your concentrationa nd discipline.

If you are feeling stressed or tense, Box-Abs is the perfect way to let all that go by channeling your aggression in a safe and controlled manner.  Feel in control of your body.

Box-Abs is the ultimate combination of strength and cardio, so after a few classes you will start to find the excess ounds melting away.

MONDAY 7.30pm - Anglo Euro School


Power Pump is a new and exciting way to introduce fitness and exercise into your life, and achieve great results whilst have fun training.

With professional instructors and a whole class around you, as well as motivational music to work out along to, Power Pump ensures you not only enjoy your work out but also give it everything you've got! Your body will tone up as you gain muscle and as the fat drops off you will notice improved shape and definition around your body.

With classes lasting 45 to 60 minutes there is ample time to burn serious calories. And we all know, more calories burned than taken in will result in weight loss. During a 60 minute session the calories burned by power pump exercises can be around 600, depending on the intensity of the class.

Resistance training with weights is a great calorie burner and excellent way to build muscle. As muscles repair from the workouts your body's metabolism is increased. This means that calories are burned by Power Pump at an increased rate long after you finish the Power Pump class.
